For Australian engagements you contract with EdgeFirm LLC, the company's United States entity. Delivery is coordinated through a dedicated engagement layer, with engineering executed by EdgeFirm's team in Karachi on remote access only.

EdgeFirm's wider group holds company filings in the United States (EdgeFirm LLC), the United Kingdom (EDGEFIRM LTD) and Pakistan (EdgeFirm Pvt Ltd).

EdgeFirm handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. APP 8 requires us to disclose any cross-border disclosure of personal information. Staff in Karachi access the data involved in your engagement over secured remote access only, on a need-to-basis, and never store or copy it locally.

If you would like the APP 8 cross-border disclosure addendum included in your contract, ask your account manager and we will add it.

From 10 December 2026, entities covered by the Privacy Act must disclose decisions made solely by automated means that have a legal or significant effect on a person. EdgeFirm does not use automated decision-making for procurement, pricing, or engagement decisions: every scope and price is set by an engineer. We will publish the required disclosure on this page ahead of the deadline.

EdgeFirm's Australian pricing is published in Australian dollars, with fixed-price engagements scoped on real engineering hours.
