How EdgeFirm Started
EdgeFirm was founded in 2021 by Muhammad Usman Ali and Usman Siddiqui, two engineers who were frustrated with how traditional consultancies approached AI projects.
The Problem
We'd watch companies spend $500K+ on AI "transformations" that took 18-24 months and often failed to launch. The disconnect was always the same:
- Sales teams who didn't understand the technology made promises engineers couldn't keep
