Our projects typically range from £32K to £80K depending on complexity. We provide detailed ROI projections during the discovery phase, and most clients see payback in 12-18 months. Unlike hourly billing, we quote fixed-price for a defined scope, so you know the total investment upfront.
02Why fixed price instead of hourly billing?
Hourly billing gives the vendor no incentive to move fast, and it leaves you exposed to scope creep. With a fixed price, we agree to one number before any code is written, scoped on real engineering hours rather than a sales target. If we move faster, that's our upside — not an extra invoice for you.
03What if our project needs more than 6 months?
We break it into phases. For example, instead of an 18-month “AI transformation,” we deliver: Months 1-4, automate your #1 pain point and measure ROI. Months 5-8, scale to the next 3 use cases based on learnings. Months 9-12, full enterprise deployment. You get value every 4 months instead of nothing for 18 months, and if phase 1 doesn't deliver ROI, you can stop before phase 2.
04What's included in the price after launch?
Every fixed-price engagement includes 30 days of post-launch support, full documentation, and team training so you can manage the system internally. After that, you can choose retainer support (15-20% of project cost per year) for ongoing monitoring and feature additions, or a fully managed service at custom pricing if you'd rather we run it as your outsourced AI team.
05Do you require a deposit or milestone payments?
Engagements are typically structured around project milestones rather than a single lump sum, so you're paying as work is delivered, not all upfront. The exact payment schedule is confirmed during scoping and laid out clearly in the proposal before you sign anything.
