SCOPE OF WORK
The Agent22 project was focused on designing and deploying a highly adaptive AI system capable of ingesting user documents, syncing data from third party platforms like Google Workspace and Slack, and retrieving insights in real time. The core objective was to eliminate data silos by unifying fragmented information into one AI driven interface for instant retrieval and decision support.

DEVELOPED PIPELINES
A File Ingestion and Knowledge Pipeline was implemented to process user documents of all formats, from PDFs and Word files to CSVs and scanned files. This pipeline ensures that uploaded knowledge is properly chunked, indexed, and linked to user sessions for instant recall. Celery task queues were integrated to handle the intensive document processing and AI training workloads asynchronously, preventing server overload during large-scale ingestion operations.
TECHNOLOGY STACK
- Compute: AWS EC2 for backend compute and auto-scaling workloads
- Storage: AWS S3 for secure file uploads, backups, and intermediate data storage
- Database: Postgres for relational metadata management, Chroma Vector DB for semantic search and RAG operations
- Task Queue: Celery with Redis broker for distributed task processing, handling document ingestion, AI training pipelines, and long-running background operations to prevent server collapse during intensive workloads
- LLM: OpenAI GPT models for natural language understanding, reasoning, and generation
- Backend Stack: Python FastAPI for high-performance API services and async pipelines
